Just finished reading Prime Cut by Glenn Gamble and it was pretty good. If you have read Bon Appetit by Glenn, then you should read Prime Cut. It gives you the point of view from Steve and Jessica. How they got started with the Bon Appetit. Glenn is a very talented writer and Prime Cut is just as good as the rest of his books. As usual you wanted be disappointed in his writing skills. Prime Cut will keep your interest as you read this book.
